    Here you can see the connection to an existing PLC in the line, logging and writing to the database. The database is part of the line, so logging continues during a network outage and the customer can read the data back later. A failed data record will not stop production, unless the customer wants it to.

iziSPECT is our own application for in-line inspection and measurement. It connects to any camera, learns patterns and passes the result to the operator, the PLC and the host system.

    Programming of an automatic asphalt bagging machine, covering: software for regulating and controlling the flow of asphalt from the hopper into the metering head with the bag, flow regulation and bag weighing with continuous top-up regulation, overflow monitoring, automatic release and departure of the finished bag.
